At Cotton Buddies Nursery, we are proud to have a team of passionate, experienced, and fully qualified staff. We believe that children thrive when they have positive role models they can trust, learn from, and enjoy spending time with. Our dedicated team plays a key role in delivering a wide range of enriching learning experiences.

All team members are carefully selected through a recruitment and interview process. Once hired, they complete a comprehensive induction and training programme tailored to both the nursery and the individual’s role. Every member of staff holds relevant childcare qualifications and has been vetted through the latest online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) system. We do on going training to ensure all aspects of childcare are covered.

I began my journey in the childcare sector in 1992 and currently hold a degree in Education. Over the years, I’ve worked in various roles within the industry and have gained valuable experience supporting children and families in a wide range of settings. I’m proud to consider myself a dedicated childcare professional.

It has long been my dream to create a nursery that feels like a home-from-home, a warm, nurturing environment with caring staff, where children receive the highest standard of care and education. My goal has always been to provide a space where every child can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential, and at Cotton Buddies we aim to do this every single day.
