Cotton Buddies Nursery & Pre-School Fees
Full time - 8am to 6pm - £64 per day
Extended full time - 7.30am to 6.30pm - £70 per day
Part Time (3 hours) - 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 3pm - £22.50 per day
Part Time (4 hours) - 9am to 1pm / 8am to 12pm or 1pm to 5pm - £30.00 per day
Hourly Rate (can be added to above ½ days) - 1 hour - £7.50
Registration fee and Deposit - A non-refundable registration fee of £50 is payable to secure a place for your child at Cotton Buddies Limited Nursery. A deposit of £100 for a part time place and £200 for a full time place is payable in advance, this will be refunded when a child leaves the nursery providing a months’ notice has been given and the child's account is cleared.
Invoicing - An invoice will be emailed to you on the 25th of each month for the following month’s fees. The invoice must be paid monthly in advance, by the 1st of each month. All payments must be made by bank transfer. No payment shall be deemed to have been made until it is cleared into our bank account. If a payment is late, we may charge a reasonable administration fee (currently £10 per transaction per week). The nursery is closed on all Bank Holidays and for a week from Christmas Eve to 2nd January, however these sessions are still charged.
Reducing sessions / terminating a nursery place - You are required to give one month’s written notice of a reduction in the number of sessions you require or to terminate a child’s nursery place.

Tax free childcare -If you're a working parent with children under 12 (or under 17 for disabled children), you can open an online account to pay for registered childcare. The government will top-up the money you pay into the account. For every £8 you pay in, the government will add an extra £2. You can receive up to £2,000 per child per year - that's up to £500 every three months. If you have a disabled child, you can receive up to £4,000 per child - that's up to £1,000 every three months.
15 hours free early education for eligible 2 year olds - For families in England, receiving some forms of support with 2-year-old children. 15 hours of free childcare or early education for 38 weeks or 11 hours free childcare for all year round. To be able to take up
15 hours of free early education for your two-year-old you must meet the eligibility criteria. www.havering.gov.uk/earlyyyears
15 hours free early education for all 3 to 4 year olds - For all families in England with 3 and 4-year-old children. 15 hours of free childcare or early education for 38 weeks or 11 hours free for all year round.
30 hours free early education for eligible 3 and 4 year olds - For working families in England with 3 and 4-year-old children. 30 hours of free childcare or early education for 38 weeks or 22 hours free childcare all year round. You, and any partner, must each expect to earn (on average) at least £125 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage). If you, or your partner, are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave, or you're unable to work because you are disabled or have caring responsibilities, you could still be eligible. You can't get 30 hours free childcare if either you, or your partner, each individually expect to earn £100,000 or more.
Universal credits for childcare - For working families claiming Universal Credits with children under 17. You may get 85% of eligible childcare costs, up to a cap. You, and any partner, must be working, or you’re due to start work, and are claiming Universal Credit. Whether you can claim will depend on where you live and your personal circumstances.
Early Years Pupil Premium for eligible 3 & 4 year olds- EYPP money helps by improving the facilities, equipment and learning experiences to benefit the growth and development of eligible children. It’s designed to help disadvantaged pupils of all abilities perform better, and close the gap between them and their peers. Please tick below which may be applicable to your family so that the correct funding may be claimed for your child.
Tax free childcare - We accept payments from the tax free childcare account, please enquire at the office if you wish to pay using your tax free account, we will need your reference number so we can match the incoming payments to the right accounts.
Nursery Sibling Discount - Where more than one child in the same family attends the Nursery, the younger siblings will be granted a 5% discount on Fees.
Nursery Meals - Fees include all meals, snacks and drinks, however if your child requires formula or packaged food you will need to provide these in named containers. If you are using your Early Education Entitlement of 15/30 hours per week, we will charge £2.75 per meal (lunch/tea). Alternatively you are able to provide your child with a healthy cold packed lunch/tea. (lunch time is between 11.30am and 12.30and teatime is between 4pm and 5pm). For children access just the funding hours we will be charging a fee per day day to cover the cost of snacks, and consumables. (£1.50 per session up to 4 hours or £3 per session for sessions over 4 hours)
