Mealtimes are an important part of the nursery day

 

We encourage children to eat independently, but will help them if they are not ready yet.

Children learn to pour their own drinks and serve themselves. If your child has a special cup for water or milk please send this to nursery. During the summer months its a good idea to leave a water bottle at nursery for your child, this encourages them to drink water throughout the day.

Meal and Snack times

1. Breakfast: 7.30am to 8.15am 

2. Lunch: 11.45am to 12.30pm 

3. Afternoon snack: 2pm to 3pm 

4. Teatime: 4pm to 5pm
